THE DATAFORMA LABOR API IS NOW RELEASED!
DF users can now integrate DF labor records with their payroll systems! Each DF client will be responsible for building middleware to link DF and their payroll systems, yet this will give them the ability to build integration to whatever degree they choose. We will continue building out api(s) for each module
EMAIL INTEGRATION SIGNATURES
YOU ASKED AND WE DELIVERED…………………
Many of our clients loved the functionality of linking invoicing in DF with their Outlook and Gmail, but wanted to have custom signatures as well…& the wait is over! Each DF user can set up their signature within user settings…get ready for more outlook integration soon…
WHAT ARE WE WORKING ON NEXT IN ‘21?
DON’T LIKE DATA ENTRY?
Good news, we are adding the ability to import companies, contacts and buildings in bulk! This will allow DF users to import lists of these items from an excel file, avoiding time-consuming data entry
We expect the functionality to be available by June, giving you more time in the sun!
PROJECT FIELD REPORTS
OUR MUCH ANTICIPATED FIELD REPORTS FUNCTIONALITY IS ALMOST READY…………
………….LOOK FOR THE UPGRADE BY MAY!!
Each DF client can create as many reports as they like, allowing their crew leaders to document daily job info from the mobile app.

MULTIPLE SALES TAX
WORKING IN MULTIPLE COUNTIES?
Contractors operating in many jurisdictions will love this upgrade – allowing you to add multiple tax jurisdictions to a building so taxes automatically calculate. Look for this in June.
OUTLOOK EMAIL INTEGRATION
Another major upgrade request we’ve had from many of our clients – users will soon be able to take an Outlook email and log it into DF…without having to do the work of manually creating a correspondence! Users will be able to have their defaults set, all the info from Outlook will pull over and you will only need to add a regarding and hit ‘create’ in DF!
This should also be released by June…it’s shaping up to be a big summer!
