Our Commitment To Our Customers and Partners During the Coronavirus (COVID-19)

We wanted to take a moment to share with our partners, customers and field service communities how Dataforma is responding to the ever-changing severity and penetration of the Coronavirus including our approach to how we can best assist our Dataforma family. Like you, we continue to pay attention to the daily developments and discussing internally how our company will proceed to keep people connected during this time. We are dedicated to keeping your contracting business running. As a cloud-based business, we are fortunate that no matter where you and your employees are, your Dataforma suite of tools will function to keep your business operating effectively. And as always – your data is well protected and our operations are running smoothly.

Customer Support

In addition to the safety of our partner communities customer service is the core of our Dataforma focus. Many of our Dataforma employees are taking precautionary measures and transitioning to work-from-home models. We are actively continuing internal discussions on how we can ensure you have the support you need to minimize business disruption through our cloud-based technology. That said, our customer service team will be readily available and extremely responsive at all times to happily navigate you through Dataforma questions and concerns.

Training

As another precaution, we are temporarily suspending onsite visits. We will continue to offer our previously scheduled on-line trainings as well as transition any of the scheduled on-site trainings to web-based education. As more of our office-based partners opt to work from home, we will host extensive trainings as we would prior to the current state of affairs. Please reach out if you need additional training support during this time.

Software Updates and Releases

Our robust development team will provide business as usual to consistently keep you abreast of software updates and features. We plan to maintain our product release timetables and product development stride.
