After a couple days of training, this crew is ready to use the database for commercial service work with aspirations of being a paperless service department real soon. The field team is set to use the DF app, so they are on target to meet their goal. Can’t wait to see what they will tackle next!
And anyone that says New Yorker’s aren’t friendly, well I’d beg to differ. While our trainer was in town, he was shown the best local restaurants and treated to hot wings, wing soup and a famous “wick” sandwich. They may have even turned him into a Sabres fan in just two days! Thanks for the awesome hospitality!
