Meet Our Founders
Daryl is President and Co-Founder of Dataforma. Before co-founding Dataforma, Daryl spent 12 years in the roofing industry. Daryl served on the Board of Directors for both the National Roofing Contractors Association and the Associated Roofing Contractors of Maryland. Daryl is a Drexel University graduate with a degree in Commerce & Engineering Sciences.
Daryl's key role involves working closely with Dataforma's contractor partners developing and implementing operational plans that address major processes in order to move towards best practices and assure consistency. Additionally, Daryl works closely with Dataforma's technology division to provide strategic leadership for the development of the system.
Daryl is known for his unique ability to analyze the internal workings of a company with the way Dataforma is being used and improve productive use of Dataforma's principles and technology. His experience has been critical to ensure that Dataforma is at the forefront of the industry. When Daryl is not traveling with Dataforma, he enjoys golfing, baseball and coaching youth sports. He currently resides in Pennsylvania with his wife and two children.
Mark Zeleznock holds a dual CEO/CTO role and is a co-founder of Dataforma. As Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Mark oversees, along with the President, the corporate direction and business operations of the company. As Chief Technology Officer (CTO), he drives Dataforma's technology strategy and technical execution to ensure that products continue to meet the needs of our customers.
Mark brings over two decades of experience in cloud computing, systems engineering, and software development from a varied, multi-disciplinary career spanning both private-sector and defense-related industries. Early career highlights include system engineering and software simulation development in support of Lockheed Martin's National Missile Defense efforts, rapid prototyping of tactical small unit infantry information systems for the Defense Advanced Research Project Agency (DARPA), asset management IT integration for large industrial warehousing and manufacturing operations, and a short, but very memorable student internship at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. More recently, and immediately prior to devoting his full time attention to Dataforma, Mark was a Partner and CTO at Glocap Search, a premier Private Equity recruiting firm based in New York where he developed a proprietary, cloud-based recruiting platform still in use today.
Mark earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The University of California, Berkeley and a M.S. in Aeronautical Engineering From California Institute of Technology. An advanced rated hang glider pilot for more than twenty years, Mark enjoys all manner of active adventure sports from surfing and SCUBA to the martial arts and recreational shooting. He currently resides in San Francisco with his wife and two daughters.
